Safety
It is our goal here at F+F to provide a workplace free from recognized hazards for all employees. We strive to eliminate hazards through employee training, pre job planning, and careful execution of our work. This is followed up with on-site audits to ensure compliance and collection of feedback from the field to improve our processes. We are committed to working safely every day accident free.
Our Program includes the following:
- EMR rate consistently below .70
- OSHA 10 or 30 Hour trained foreman, service technicians and journeypersons
- A full-time Safety Director
- CPR First aid AED training provided in house
- Driver Safety Program
- Employee Safety Committee
- Weekly Tool Box Talks
- Job Hazard Analysis
- 100% drug screening for all employees
