Fabrication & Modularization
We understand that each project is unique and requires a project specific solution. At the beginning of each project we review and evaluate the project’s needs and requirements to determine the most effective fabrication solution.
Utilizing Lean principles during project pre-planning, we identify areas of hydronic piping, plumbing, mechanical duct, and equipment to pre-fabricate and assemble in our fabrication facility. Furthermore, we emphasize the need to modularize construction in which we subdivide a system into smaller parts that can be independently fabricated and assembled in a controlled shop environment and delivered to the site, ready to be installed and connected.
