Senior Mechanical Coordinator
The Senior Mechanical Coordinator is responsible for leading mechanical and plumbing coordination efforts, drafting shop drawings, and attending project meetings. This role oversees diverse projects and ensures efficient coordination between trades to support timely completion.

HVAC Service Technician
HVAC service technicians at F+F Mechanical conduct HVAC equipment replacements, perform preventative maintenance service, and respond to service calls for a wide range of clients. Join a rapidly expanding team that works on some of the most sophisticated buildings in the State.

 Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor
The Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective storage, distribution, and inventory management of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) parts and equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of warehouse management and HVAC products. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, sorting deliveries, driving trucks, and organizing the facility.

HVAC Project Manager 
The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a variety of projects for the organization. These projects include, but is not limited to, owner direct, equipment replacement, design-assist, and specialty type projects that require working with a team of professionals to satisfy the client’s needs and objectives. In this position, you will have a leadership role in developing practical solutions to the clients needs and working with an internal team to develop submittals, scheduling, cost controls, vendor and subcontract coordination, and general project administration.

Accounts Payable Specialist 
The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for processing all invoices received for payments and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. This will involve compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, while also providing clerical and administrative support as needed. We are looking for an objective AP Specialist who combines a solid understanding of basic accounts payable principles and construction contract operations with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The AP Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.
