F+F Enhances Safety Program
North Haven, CT - The Company announced today several new safety program components designed to further strengthen the company's existing safety program. Frank Ferrucci, Vice President of Finance and Administration, an authorized OSHA instructor, will provide in-house health and safety seminars, including OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 for employees. In addition, long-time F+F Foreman, John Ludington has been promoted to Safety Manager and will be dedicated full-time to managing the Company's safety program.

All existing and new employees receive safety training based on the Company's formalized safety curriculum which includes a new hire safety orientation, ongoing safety training, weekly toolbox talks, and mandatory OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training, first aid and CPR. Also included in the curriculum are training on harassment, workplace violence prevention and maintaining a drug-free workplace.
